1. Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • In its original packaging with tags attached (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
